Tracy Johnson Media Group has launched a free talent marketplace to connect radio talent and broadcasters. The Media Talent Pool is free to all, and designed to connect personalities, program directors and producers with decision makers looking for talent.

Anyone can use the service for no charge by clicking HERE. Talent can be listed by completing a short form and sending in information. Broadcasters can scan listings to find candidates to fill openings.

"I have spoken with hundreds of talented and motivated radio personalities, producers and program directors," explained Tracy Johnson, President, CEO, Tracy Johnson Media Group. "Many are out of work or wishing to move up, and they're wondering if radio-the industry they love-is in their future. I also talk to dozens of broadcasters, managers and programmers. They wonder where the talent has gone. They struggle to find qualified talent for openings. The new media talent pool is a resource to bring those two parties together."

The service has already made several matches, including connecting an out-of-work morning show host with a medium market programmer with an immediate opening.

"Finding a new job is a marketing challenge. Many personalities and programmers don't really know how to stand out to be noticed. They aren't sure what should her in an air check demo or resume. Many don't know the best way to approach a decision maker to apply for a gig. That's why we have a resource center to help talent make a great impression."

In addition to the online resources, Johnson is offering a free webinar called GET THAT GIG Tuesday, Oct. 29,, 2019 at 1pm Eastern Time. He'll share best practices and tips for talent to advance their career. Sign up for the free webinar HERE.
