Stephen Sloan Appointed Receiver for Gabrielle Broadcasting

On January 7, 2020 the Superior Court of the State of Arizona, appointed Stephan C. Sloan the Receiver for Gabrielle Broadcasting Ordinal I, LLC, an Arizona Limited Liability Company, and Gabrielle Broadcasting Licensee Ordinal I FCC, LLC, an Arizona Limited Liability Company.
The related Gabriel Broadcasting Companies are the licensee of radio station KXEG-AM, 1280 KHz and K241CS broadcasting at 96.1 MHz both licensed to Phoenix, AZ. Pursuant to the order of the Court, Mr. Sloan will oversee the operations of the stations and sell the stations.
