iHeartMedia to Acquire KFMB-AM/San Diego

iHeartMedia is buying 760 KFMB-AM from Local Media in San Diego, bringing the iHeart cluster to eight in that market. There are no plans to change the existing talk format and the majority of the current on-air line up will remain intact including local hosts Mark Larson and Mike Slater.
iHeartMedia is currently operating the station under an LMA. The deal is expected to be closed within 60 days and the price is $1.2 million.
