The New 24/7 Dark Matter Digital Network Re-Launches

Art Bell's iconic radio show "Midnight in the Desert" and the radio network he created, Dark Matter Digital Network, is re-launching as a 24/7 live radio and television network on June 17 -- on what would have been Art Bell's 75th birthday. Affiliates can now pick up "Best of Art Bell" which will be available for both national and international terrestrial radio and digital streaming syndication.

Bell's show "Midnight In The Desert" which broadcasts on the Dark Matter Digital Network, has been acquired by a private holdings group, and is now managed and directed by Art Bell's former show producer David Rubini, who has been tapped to run the radio network as the new Operations Director and Executive Producer, taking over the reins left by colleague Keith Rowland.

"Mr. Bell brought both Keith Rowland and I on board long before 'Midnight in the Desert' officially launched. However, Keith was around from the very beginning of DMDN and spent over two long grueling years building the original and iconic infrastructure. With Rowland's technical vision, savvy and assistance, Mr. Bell simultaneously simulcasted and self-syndicated 'Midnight in the Desert' to hundreds of AM and FM terrestrial radio stations. The two technological pioneers of late night radio together made Art Bell one of the first radio talk show hosts, if not the very first, to effectively implement a homemade, state-of-the-art, digital streaming platform built to be completely compatible with facilitating late night terrestrial radio broadcasts from Art's home-studio in Pahrump, Nevada," said Rubini.

Dark Matter Digital Network's all-new 24/7 Live! digital platform begins terrestrial syndication once again with their original Flagship station, KNYE-FM out of Pahrump, NV. Listeners can also tune in 24/7 via the network's new and improved online platform at DarkMatterDigitalNetwork.com and/or using the Tune-In app or the all-new Paranormal.Radio App available from Talk Stream Live.

"We will be introducing "Best of Art Bell" nightly, 7 days a week, to both AM/FM terrestrial radio station affiliates and to all major online digital streaming platforms," added Rubini.

The new full-time host of "Midnight in the Desert" is Nathan Stolpman, who now takes over weekday hosting duties 9pm-12 midnight PT/12 midnight-3am ET. The weekends for "Midnight in the Desert" will begin with Alexis Brooks, whose hosting the reboot every Friday night, followed by famed author and researcher Mike Bara (Ancient Aliens) on Saturday nights, with Hollywood director and actor Sean Stone (Born On The 4th of July, JFK, The Doors) hosting Sundays, followed of course by "Best of Art Bell" delivering the voice and wisdom from the undisputed King of late night talk radio. The "Best of Art Bell" now airs seven nights a week 365 days a year from Midnight to 1am PT.
