Veteran Washington, DC radio host Chad Dukes is out at Entercom Sports WJFK-FM (106.7 The Fan) for alleged racist and inappropriate comments made on his personal podcast. "We have zero tolerance for this type of speech from any of our employees, on our platforms or otherwise," said Entercom Washington DC Senior VP/Market Manager Ivy Savoy-Smith in a statement. "Our air talent are ambassadors of our brand, and we do not want to be affiliated with these comments."

Duke joined WJFK in July, 2009 as co-host of the Sports outlet's afternoon program with former NFL linebacker LaVar Arrington, who left for the NFL Network in 2014. Following Arrington's exit, Dukes remained on a solo basis for "Chad Dukes vs. The World."

Morning hosts "The Sports Junkies" addressed Dukes' exit Monday morning, according to the Washington Post.

"Chad Dukes is no longer with 106.7 The Fan," J.P. Flaim said, reported the Post. "Our company recently learned of inappropriate comments that he made in past episodes of his personal podcast and our company has zero tolerance for any forms of hateful speech, so our focus, the Junkies, remains on sports and doing the best show we can. With that said, I don't think we're saying anything further on it."
