Audacy appoints Will Calder as Director of Programming and Operations for WPOW-FM (Power 96) in Miami. This marks Calder's second stint with Power 96, as he previously served as Assistant Program Director and midday host for the station from 2013 to 2018. Calder launched his career in 2001 with various stops including Big City Radio's WKIE in Chicago, Audacy's WXSS (103.7 Kiss FM) and WMYX-FM (99.1 Mix) in Milwaukee and WXRK-FM in New York. Most recently, he was with Cox Media Group's WPYO in Orlando and WPOI-FM in Tampa.

"We're excited to bring Will back to Miami to oversee programming of this local favorite," said Audacy Regional President Claudia Menegus. "His extensive background and his connection to this market provides a vision and strategic plan to draw on the brand's rich legacy and position Power 96 for continued success."

"I'm so excited and humbled to join the team at Audacy Miami and reunite with my former colleagues at the legendary Power 96. In a way, it sort of feels like a homecoming," added Calder. "Big thanks to Jeff Sottolano, Dave Richards, Claudia Menegus and everyone at Audacy who helped to make this opportunity a reality."

From 2005 to 2013, Calder helped create Radiomixes.com, a syndicated radio mix show with Audacy WBBM-FM (B96)/Chicago and 103.7 Kiss FM/Milwaukee as their first two affiliates. At its prime, Radiomixes was heard on hundreds of stations worldwide. Additionally in 2005, Calder created an internet radio station called iPartyRadio, which played non-stop up-tempo dance and party music, becoming one of the top 200 most listened to internet streams in the world during its era.
