WCIE-FM (The Joy FM Network)/Tampa Assistant PD Dave Cruse is elevated to Program Director for the Contemporary Christian outlet. He succeeds General Manager and former PD Carmen Brown who takes the newly-created post of VP/Programming and Content for parent company Radio Training Network. Cruse will continue to host "The Morning Cruise" with Dave Martin and Carmen Brown as well as serve as Music Director, a post he's held since March, 2019. Prior to WCIE, he was APD with co-owned WJIS/Sarasota, FL as APD.

"It's like switching seats on a bus going down the interstate at 70mph," said Cruse. "I just hope to keep it between the lines."
