Morning radio veteran Tom Barnard joins Hubbard Radio for a podcast partnership to distribute "The Tom Barnard Morning Show Podcast," which will be produced, distributed and sold by Hubbard. BringMetheNews.com reports the 7-10am weekday show will be streamed live on video and audio, with the podcast available on-demand. Barnard will be joined by a co-host, producer, and a number of other guests and contributors.
Barnard left Classic Rock KQRS-FM/Minneapolis in December after 37 years hosting 92 KQ's morning show. The Cumulus Media outlet had described Barnard's departure as a "retirement." Barnard is expected to start broadcasting the podcast in February.
