iHeartMedia Makes Management Moves in Texas Markets

Christine Martinez-Escobar (pictured) is rejoining iHeartMedia as Market President for its Austin market, while Rosie Perez has been appointed as Market President for San Antonio. Escobar will oversee operations for iHeartMedia's five Austin stations. Her previous experience includes serving as President/GM of TelevisaUnivision's Uforia radio outlets in Austin, with a 21-year career spanning roles in sales and management. She also worked for iHeartMedia's predecessor, Clear Channel from 2001 to 2003.

Perez will now oversee the seven iHeartMedia San Antonio stations. Perez began her career with Clear Channel in 2000 as a Promotions Coordinator and has since advanced through various sales roles.

In addition, George Flora has been appointed Senior Vice President of Sales for North Texas, after holding a similar position in Austin. Flora's background with iHeartMedia includes roles as Vice President of Sales and Director of Automotive Partnerships in Los Angeles, and Vice President of Sales in Phoenix.

All three leaders will report to Amy Leimbach, President of iHeartMedia's Dallas-Austin-San Antonio region. Leimbach stated, "Rosie, Christine, and George are highly skilled and well-suited to lead their teams. They bring strong track records and unique expertise that align with the needs of their respective markets."
