Hip Hop WUSL (Power 99) is partnering with the Philadelphia City Commissioners Office for a special live broadcast to promote voter registration on October 21 -- the final day to register to vote in Pennsylvania. The event will take place from 2-5pm at Community College of Philadelphia, located at 17th and Spring Garden Streets. Hosted by Power 99's Rise & Grind Morning Show featuring Mikey Dredd, Roxy Romeo and Mutha Knows, the broadcast will be co-hosted by Chairman Commissioner Omar Sabir.

Special guests will include Michelle Lopez, Director of the Institute for Community Engagement and Civic Leadership at Community College of Philadelphia, and Beth Lynk Executive Director of When We All Vote, a national, non-partisan initiative founded by Michelle Obama. Attendees will enjoy food, giveaways and a chance to win Power 99 Powerhouse 2024 tickets.

"This is one of the most consequential elections of our time, and Power 99 is thrilled to partner with the Philadelphia City Commissioners Office, Community College of Philadelphia, and When We All Vote to encourage voter registration," said iHeartMedia Philadelphia Senior Vice President of Programming Derrick Corbett. "We're especially focused on motivating young people to register on this last day and to make a plan to vote on November 5th."
