"The Last Show with David Cooper" is now reaching a wider audience as it secures slots on five major market stations across Canada, including 730 CKNW Vancouver, AM640 Toronto, QR 770 Calgary, 880 CHED Edmonton, and 680 CJOB Winnipeg. The show has also been picked up by 980 CFPL London, signaling an expansion for the program.
Hosted by David Cooper, a former Silicon Valley engineer turned radio personality, the show offers a unique blend of entertainment that combines relationship advice, cutting-edge scientific breakthroughs, and discussions on some of the world's weirdest headlines. "It's what happens when you mix relationship advice, scientific breakthroughs, and the world's weirdest headlines into one show. Somehow, it all makes sense," says Cooper, who is also known for his role as technical director and host at Burning Man Radio.
Cooper describes the show as a "strategic counterprogramming solution," aimed at attracting listeners who typically tune into alt-rock or NPR stations. "Listeners have rescheduled their lives to tune in," he added, highlighting the show's appeal.
The program features a mix of discussions with academics, relationship experts, and quirky innovators, making it a go-to source for engaging and thought-provoking content. Each episode promises to provide insights that are not only entertaining but also enriching, ensuring they become topics of conversation the following day.
