WOVU 95.9 FM in Cleveland has joined forces with the FCB Radio Network, marking the start of a partnership that promises to expand the station's reach. This new collaboration positions WOVU as the flagship affiliate of the FCB Radio Network. WOVU will now broadcast via the iHeartRadio app, broadening its listenership to a national audience.

"This is a game-changer for WOVU and the Cleveland community," explained Darvio Morrow, CEO of First Class Broadcasting. "WOVU has been a powerful voice for the city, and through our relationship, we can now amplify that voice to a much larger audience."

The partnership is set to introduce exciting programming changes at WOVU, including a new morning show hosted by Ronny Knight, a 30-year radio veteran. Knight, known for his prior engagements at WZAK 93.1, WENZ 107.9, and WJMO 1300 AM, brings a rich background in engaging audiences. His new show will feature a mix of interviews with local and national leaders, as well as Inspirational Hip Hop and R&B music, providing an alternative for listeners.

"WOVU has built a strong foundation as a community station," Morrow added. "Our role is to support that mission by offering guidance, resources, and programming that align with their vision." The partnership also extends to an advisory role for FCB Radio Network with Burten, Bell, Carr Development, the nonprofit organization behind WOVU.
