"Founding DC" promises an engaging format, recorded in front of a live studio audience at WTOP Studios in Chevy Chase, MD. The podcast will feature in-depth discussions with DC area founders, offering a platform to explore the trials and triumphs of their entrepreneurial journeys. According to Dan Simons, the mission of the podcast is to "pay it forward by spotlighting the unique paths forged by local founders.
