Audacy debuts "Aspire with Emma Grede," a new weekly audio and video podcast hosted by entrepreneur and philanthropist Emma Grede. The series will feature in-depth conversations with top business leaders, creatives, and visionaries, providing listeners with actionable insights and personal stories from some of the most influential figures in modern culture.

The podcast will launch with two premiere episodes on Tuesday, May 6, with new episodes released every Tuesday on Apple, Spotify, YouTube, the Audacy app, and all major podcast platforms.

Grede, a self-made business mogul recognized as one of America's wealthiest women, is the Founding Partner of SKIMS, Co-Founder and CEO of Good American, and a board member of the Obama Foundation. A mother of four, Grede brings her real-world experience and unfiltered perspective to each episode.

"I've been thinking for a long time about how to scale mentorship and how I can share all of the incredible wisdom from everybody I've met throughout my career," said Grede. "Podcasts as a medium are so broad, but there is still a very narrow perspective. I see an opportunity for a voice like mine-someone who has built from the ground up, made every mistake imaginable, and still come out thriving. I'm not here to sugarcoat things with toxic positivity or empty platitudes. I want to offer people a real, honest look under the hood, with practical insights and something meaningful to aspire to."

The guest lineup includes high-profile figures such as goop founder Gwyneth Paltrow, Fanatics CEO Michael Rubin, bestselling author and On Purpose host Jay Shetty, supermodel and entrepreneur Karlie Kloss, Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban, radio personality Charlamagne tha God, Ariel Investments Co-CEO Mellody Hobson, and finance expert Nicole Lapin.

"Emma is a phenomenon - she's a powerhouse in business, a trailblazing brand builder and has an incredibly smart and authentic point of view," said Leah Reis-Dennis, Head of Podcasts at Audacy. "She's the brilliant best friend or older sister you wish you had, and she's on a mission to help people unlock their potential. We couldn't be more thrilled to partner with her to bring Aspire to life."
