Forever Dog Productions has announced three major hires as part of its ongoing evolution from podcast network to fully integrated media studio. Kristin Myers has been named Head of Business Development, Oscar Guido joins as Strategic Operations Advisor, and Harry Nelson has been appointed Producer of the legacy podcast How Was Your Week by Julie Klausner.

"These are the kind of team members we want in the room," said Joseph Cilio, co-founder and CEO of Forever Dog. "People who aren't afraid of the industry changing, but who are excited to meet the moment and shape what comes next."

Co-founder and President Alex Ramsey added, "These hires represent a leap forward in our studio evolution-from a podcast network to a fully integrated media company capable of building, monetizing, and distributing IP at scale."

Myers, formerly Head of Business Development at Stitcher (a SiriusXM company) and a senior executive at United Talent Agency, will lead Forever Dog's platform strategy, sales architecture, and partner development. "I admire what Forever Dog has built," Myers said. "I'm excited to play a key role in further shaping their position within the creator economy and expanding opportunities for the company's IP across formats."

Guido, previously Head of Business Operations at Treefort Media, will help build Forever Dog's next-generation financial infrastructure. "In this role, I'm thrilled to be involved in every facet of Forever Dog-from production scheduling to building revenue models and driving long-term strategic forecasts-all while bringing my strong financial perspective to the table," he said.

Nelson, who formerly served as Co-Executive Producer at HyperObject Industries, will relaunch How Was Your Week, which Rolling Stone once named one of the "Best Comedy Podcasts." He will also help oversee legacy and evergreen titles across the network. "As a longtime admirer of both How Was Your Week and Forever Dog, I'm pleased by the efficiency of combining these two interests into a creatively fulfilling and financially rewarding partnership," said Nelson.

Founded in 2016, Forever Dog has produced over 100 comedy podcasts and earned more than 250 million downloads globally. The studio's roster includes Webby-nominated shows and collaborations with comedy talent such as Tim Heidecker, Bowen Yang, Ayo Edebiri, and Megan Stalter. Its productions have been recognized by Time, Esquire, Vulture, and Cosmopolitan.
