The Golden State Valkyries ink a multi-year partnership with Audacy's KGMZ-FM (95.7 The Game) in San Francisco, establishing the Sports outlet as the official radio home for the team's inaugural season. All home games will be broadcast live on 95.7 The Game, while every Valkyries matchup -- home and away -- will stream live on the Audacy app.

"Radio brings a dynamic energy to basketball - Audacy's 95.7 The Game and our talent will create memorable calls that fans remember for years to come," said Jess Smith, President of the Golden State Valkyries. "This partnership enhances the reach of Valkyries basketball, making each moment accessible as we continue to tell the story of our inaugural season."

In addition to full-game coverage, each broadcast will feature a 30-minute postgame show with in-depth analysis and commentary.

Leading the broadcast team, Kevin Danna has been named play-by-play announcer. A familiar voice in Bay Area sports, Danna recently completed his 13th season as the voice of the Santa Cruz Warriors and has provided play-by-play for the Golden State Warriors Summer League since 2015. His resume also includes calling games for Stanford Women's Basketball, Cal Football, and over a decade on Pac-12 Networks.

Joining Danna is color analyst Sophia Jones, who brings both on-court and broadcast experience to the team. Last season, Jones served as the voice of the University of San Francisco's women's basketball program and contributed as a sideline reporter for men's basketball and the 2024 NBA California Classic on ESPN2 and NBATV. A San Jose State alumna and former player, she began her broadcast career calling games for the Mountain West Network while sidelined by injury.

"The Valkyries are making history, and we're all in," said Kieran Geffert, Senior Vice President and Market Manager, Audacy San Francisco. "As the audio home for Golden State basketball, we're fired up to bring every play and every moment of this historic journey to Bay Area sports fans."
