Audacy has announced a multi-year extension with comedy veterans Dana Carvey and David Spade to continue and expand their podcast "Fly on the Wall." The renewed deal includes a strategic evolution of the brand, combining both "Fly on the Wall" and its spin-off "Superfly" into a unified podcast that will soon be available in both audio and full video formats.

The next chapter for Fly on the Wall kicks off with a new trailer dropping Monday, June 23, followed by a new episode featuring actress Julie Bowen on Thursday, June 26. Starting June 30, new episodes will be released twice a week, every Monday and Thursday.

A staple on podcast charts since its January 2022 debut, Fly on the Wall has earned accolades including an iHeartPodcast Award for Best Comedy Podcast and features behind-the-scenes stories from Saturday Night Live, celebrity guests, and Carvey and Spade's trademark banter and impressions.

Their companion podcast, Superfly, launched in 2024, leans into current events, viral clips, and cultural commentary. Both shows have collectively generated more than 100 million downloads to date.

With the merger, Fly on the Wall will expand into a full audio-visual experience later in 2025, adding fan-submitted questions and other interactive features.

"I'm thrilled to be carrying on with the Fly on the Wall podcast," said Carvey. "In other news - it's a David Spade Summer."

Audacy's Head of Podcasts, Leah Reis-Dennis, added, "Dana and David have built one of the most engaging, successful comedy podcasts in the space, and as the momentum only continues to grow, we're thrilled to take this next step with them and bring their content and community to life in new ways."

Fly on the Wall is executive produced by Carvey, Spade, and Audacy's Reis-Dennis.
