iHeartMedia Launches Rock 95.1 in Rochester NY

iHeartMedia Rochester flips Talk WAIO-FM to "Rock 95.1," billed as "Rochester's Real Rock." The launch, effective immediately, brings an Active Rock format to the market, showcasing artists such as Three Days Grace, Metallica, Linkin Park, Disturbed, and Papa Roach.

The station lineup begins with Rover's Morning Glory from 6-10am, followed by midday host Aly from 10am-2pm, John DiTullio & Jeremy Newman from 2-6pm and evenings hosted by Mark Maira from 6-midnight.
