Actress, producer, and host Crystal Renee Hayslett has partnered with Charlamagne Tha God and iHeartMedia's The Black Effect Podcast Network to bring her popular talk series Keep It Positive, Sweetie ("KIPS") to a new home. The announcement was made during Hayslett's recent appearance on The Breakfast Club on Power 105.1FM.

New episodes will release every Sunday on the iHeartRadio app, followed by availability on YouTube and all podcast platforms each Tuesday. The season nine debut, featuring entrepreneur, singer, and reality TV star Kandi Burruss, is already live.

Since launching in 2023, Keep It Positive, Sweetie has attracted more than 11 million YouTube views, drawing acclaim for its mix of humor, honesty, and uplifting conversations. Hayslett engages guests from across entertainment and culture in discussions about growth, spirituality, healing, love, and faith.

"Joining The Black Effect Podcast Network is a meaningful moment for me," said Hayslett. "KIPS is all about bringing comfort and empowerment to our culture, and I'm honored to welcome my community into this incredible family."

The show is executive produced by Hayslett, Ashaunna K. Ayars, and Wes Lawrence. Beyond streaming success, the series has expanded into sold-out live events and activations at high-profile gatherings such as the BET Experience and Woman Evolve Conference.

Hayslett is set to bring KIPS to Washington, DC, on November 22 for a live winter show that includes a special guest conversation and VIP meet-and-greet.

"Keep It Positive, Sweetie has built a powerful community that shows up for honest conversations, healing, and growth," said Dollie S. Bishop, President of The Black Effect Podcast Network. "This aligns perfectly with our mission, and we're excited to amplify Crystal's voice on our platform."

The podcast is distributed by iHeartPodcasts and is available every Sunday on iHeartRadio, and every Tuesday on YouTube and other podcast platforms.
