Local Storm Center, a provider of custom weather forecasts for radio, has announced three new affiliates joining its expanding network. The latest additions include KYIX-HD3 & K289CH (105.7 The Valley) in Chico, CA; WLDF (92.9 The Torch) in Lac du Flambeau, WI; and SolanoParanormalRadio.com in Suisun City, CA.
"Weather connects us all, and every new partnership helps us serve more listeners with forecasts they can trust," said Johnny Caudle, owner and lead voice at Local Storm Center. "We're excited to welcome these new affiliates and proud to support them with reliable, local-focused weather coverage that keeps their audiences informed and engaged every day."
"Reliable updates, every time - that's why we chose them," added Robert Paul, Vice President and General Manager of KYIX-HD3/K289CH.
Brian Rickman, Director of Broadcast Media for WLDF, emphasized the importance of dependable forecasts in Wisconsin's harsh winters. "Winters can be brutal up here, and radio becomes a vital lifeline for weather coverage and updates."
Mitch McLean, owner of SolanoParanormalRadio.com, said the partnership adds valuable local context to the station's growing online audience, enhancing its blend of rock, talk, and community programming.
