Bleav has appointed Jonathan Dianora as Vice President of Sales and Revenue Operations, tasking him with overseeing advertising partnerships and advancing the company's revenue strategy as it continues to scale its multi-platform content business.

Bleav said Dianora will lead efforts to expand brand partnerships across its audio and video offerings, leveraging a network that now reaches more than 40 million monthly views and listens across 500 shows. The company's roster includes more than 800 hosts and athletes with a combined social following of roughly 60 million, producing more than 2,000 hours of original content each month.

Dianora most recently served as Director of Revenue Partnerships for CNN Audio and Warner Bros. Discovery, where he supported business development, strategic partnerships, and revenue initiatives. His prior experience includes advertising sales and monetization roles at Acast and iHeartMedia.

"Bleav has built an extraordinary platform that allows us to provide difference-making opportunities across audio and video for our advertising partners," Dianora said, adding that he looks forward to helping brands connect with Bleav's engaged audiences and creators.

Bleav Founder Bron Heussenstamm said Dianora's experience across audio, digital media, and the creator economy will support the company's growth goals. "Jonathan's deep experience with brands and proven track record will be instrumental as we continue building a premier partnership platform for creators and hosts," Heussenstamm said.
