The Encouragers' "The Radio Rally" podcast will launch its third-quarter 2026 radio sales event, titled "How Local Radio Wins The Next Revenue Battle," beginning at approximately 8 p.m. ET.

The quarterly program is designed to provide local radio sales professionals, sales managers, market managers and station owners with strategies to increase revenue during the third quarter.

Featured guests include Brian McGhee, Vice President and Market Manager for Cox Media Group in Jacksonville, FL, and Jeff Wayne, General Sales Manager for ADX Communications' Pensacola cluster, which includes WYCT-FM (Cat Country 98.7), WNRP-AM (NewsRadio 92.3), WEBY-FM (SportsRadio Pensacola 99.1) and Pensacola Playlist 94.5.

The event is co-hosted by Chris Fleming of CD Media Consulting and Loyd Ford of Rainmaker Pathway Consulting Works.

"We launch a quarterly radio sales event four times every year and it is literally designed for radio salespeople, sales managers, market managers and local radio owners who want to increase their actual revenue this quarter," Fleming said.

Ford added, "These individual events come with actual ideas that anyone, anywhere can use to boost their actual sales and income in this quarter."

Following its debut, the program will remain available on-demand through The Encouragers' "The Radio Rally" podcast archive and will also be posted in the free blog section of RainmakerPathway.com.
