Southwest Media to Acquire KFSZ-FM/Flagstaff


Southwest Media Inc. has agreed to acquire 4.3kw CHR KFSZ-FM (106.1)/Munds Park, AZ, serving Flagstaff-Prescott from LKCM Radio Group LP. Terms were not disclosed. LKCM Radio Group is a Texas Limited Partnership which also owns stations in Dallas-Fort Worth, Wichita Falls TX, Ardmore OK and Las Vegas.

The buyer, Southwest Media, is an Arizona Corporation headed by Roger Anderson, who also owns KAFF AM & FM, KMGN-FM, KNOT-AM, and KTMG-FM in Flagstaff, AZ.

Kalil & Co. Inc. was the exclusive broker for this transaction.
