Cumulus Media Inc. has announced that the company has received notice from the NASDAQ Stock Market informing them that its Class A common stock has been approved for relisting on the NASDAQ Global Market. The company expects that its Class A common stock will begin trading under the symbol "CMLS" beginning on August 1 when the market opens.
