Hope Media Group (HMG) and Worship 24/7 have announced plans to formally unite in a strategic merger expected to be finalized in early Fall 2025, pending FCC approval. The move will deepen an existing partnership between the two Christian organizations and significantly expand their worship content offerings across broadcast and digital platforms.

Worship 24/7, based in Portland, Oregon, has built a global following through its unique round-the-clock worship music format. Since 2023, the two organizations have partnered to broadcast Worship 24/7 on HMG's Portland station, and later expanded into Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, West Palm Beach, and Evansville, IN, through additional HD channels and translators.

Hope Media Group CEO Joe Paulo praised the merger, stating, "We've seen firsthand how Worship 24/7 fills a hunger for authentic worship in so many people, igniting a deeper passion for God. Combining our ministry efforts makes perfect sense and is an exciting step forward for our Hope Media Group mission."

David Harms, founder and President of Worship 24/7, reflected on the growth of his ministry, which now includes 15 FM signals and online listeners in more than 215 countries and territories. "Our partnership with Hope Media Group over the last two years has been strong already," Harms said. "Now by coming into the HMG family, Worship 24/7 can keep pace with the rapidly changing media landscape and more effectively spread the hope of Jesus to a world desperately in need of a Savior."

As part of the merger, Worship 24/7 will expand to new HMG HD channels in New York, Miami, Denver, and Nashville. It will also be featured on HMG's mobile streaming platforms, including the KSBJ and WayFM apps.
