Cumulus Media has re-signed "The Heidi & Frank Show" to a multi-year deal at 95.5 KLOS/Los Angeles and also added former cast member, Frosty Stillwell (pictured). Frosty rejoins his former cast members as a permanent co-host beginning Tuesday, September 6. The reunion comes six years after Frosty left the show to do News/Talk in San Francisco. The show will be heard weekday mornings from 5:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. PST.
"Frosty's unique take on the world is something that has been missing from the airwaves for too long," said the show's Frank Kramer. "Given the opportunity to bring my old friend and radio partner of 17 years back to the show was unexpected, considering I had only asked for a vibrating recliner. Frosty got me into radio and I always said I would keep him in it. So now we're even. Legendary station, legendary show, this will be fun."
Heidi Hamilton added, "Frosty coming back is like hearing that an old friend you haven't seen in a long time is going to be in town and wants to hang out. Then you start thinking about all the great times and laughs you had together and can't wait to see them."
Frosty said, "The band is getting back together and this is thrilling for me personally and professionally and it doesn't get any better than doing the trio show on L.A.'s legendary KLOS. I have missed working with my friends Frank and Heidi. They are two incredible talents at the top of their game, and the chemistry we have as a team is something truly special."
Keith Cunningham, KLOS Program Director and Cumulus Media Corporate Rock Programmer said, "'The Heidi & Frank Show' has been doing great, so re-signing them was a no-brainer and we all agreed the chance to add Frosty back into the mix and reassemble one of the best and most successful radio shows Los Angeles has ever had was something we didn't want to pass up. Their incredible chemistry and unique brand of real and raw entertainment can't be taught and we're stoked to have the band back together."
