Bill Rosinski Joins ESPN Radio for College P-B-P

Veteran radio play-by-play commentator Bill Rosinski joins ESPN Radio in that role for the network's college football and basketball broadcasts. Rosinski is no stranger to ESPN, having handled pbp for the network's coverage of the 2003 Senior and Sugar Bowls, and 2004 Chick-fil-A Bowl.

"It's a pleasure to get to work for ESPN Radio and a company synonymous with college football and basketball. I look forward to calling the action this fall for the worldwide leader in sports," commented Rosinski.

This fall, Rosinski will be in ESPN Radio's college football booth with Dennis Franchione, with Joe Schad Ryan working the sidelines. In November, Rosinski will be joined by Bob Valvano for the NIT Season Tip-Off semifinals and finals in Madison Square Garden.

"Bill is a true pro with a glowing resume of great football and basketball play-by-play," said ESPN Radio Executive Producer John Martin. "The opportunity to team him with Dennis and Bob will enhance our football and basketball broadcasts for all of our listeners."

Previously, Rosinski called NFL and college basketball games for Westwood One Radio (2005-09), was the radio voice of the NFL's Carolina Panthers, (1995-2004) and Atlanta Falcons (1992-94).
