Alix Quintero Exits WXNY-FM/New York as PD

Alix Quintero (aka Alix Q) exits Univision's Spanish Tropical WXNY-FM (X96.3)/New York as Program Director over budget issues. This was the second time he occupied the station's PD slot as he previously programmed WCAA-FM (now WXNY) and WZAA-FM (La Kalle). Before joining WCAA, he was Program Director of KRGT-FM/Las Vegas and a consultant for the La Kalle format.
Prior to KRGT he served as PD of Rhythmic CHR KBTQ-FM (96.1 The Beat) in McAllen-Brownsville. His previous stints also include Rhythmic CHR KTHT-FM (Hot 97.1), CHR KRBE-FM, and Hip Hop KBXX-FM in Houston, as well as Hip Hop KBBT-FM/San Antonio.
