WDAS-WUSL/Philly Names Bill Ransom as APD/MD

iHeartMedia/Philadelphia names Bill Ransom (aka Doc B) as Assistant Program Director and Music Director for Urban WUSL-FM (Power 99 FM) and Urban AC WDAS-FM, effective immediately. In addition, the 12-year company veteran will continue his role as mixer for both stations. He began is radio career at the University Of Delaware's WVUD-FM, before joining the iHM duo.

"Doc B has demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism and a true passion for the music and the formats. For those reasons, amongst many others, he's earned this new position," said iHeartMedia Philadelphia Director of Urban Programming Derrick Corbett.

"I'm tremendously thankful to D.C. Corbett, Thea Mitchem and Doc Wynter for this opportunity," added Doc B. "I'm excited to work with these two powerful brands and ready to help take them into the future."
