Vic Lombardi Joins Altitude Sports & Entertainment

Altitude Sports announced today that Vic Lombardi will join the network as an addition to their on-air talent line-up effective January 1, 2016. His primary role at the network will be as the Studio Host for the Pre-Game, Halftime, and Post-Game coverage of the Denver Nuggets games. Additionally, he will also act as a studio host for the All Sports Summit Pro Football Edition and take part in some further original programming soon to be aired by Altitude Sports. Lombardi previously worked as a television & radio host in South Bend, Austin, Phoenix and most recently the Sports Anchor for Denver CBS4. Lombardi comes to Altitude Sports with more than 25 years of experience in the sports industry and is a 28-time Emmy award winner, 14 for Best Sports Anchor. Lombardi is one of the most respected sports personalities in the country, which the number of awards attest.

"I'm a Denver boy, born and raised. The Nuggets were my first love," said Lombardi. "I was a Nuggets ball boy when guys like Bill Hanzlik were playing. Now I get to sit next to him in studio. I can't wait to work with Bill and all my new colleagues at Altitude. Thank you to The Kroenke family and KSE for allowing me this opportunity to be a part of a great organization."

"We are thrilled to have Vic join our team," said Ben Boylan, President of Altitude Sports. "His knowledge, reputation and passion for sports are outstanding. There is no doubt his contributions to our television coverage will help continue to bring our viewers the best coverage of the Nuggets from pregame to post game and on and off the court."

Lombardi attended the University of Colorado and graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 1991. He resides in Denver, Colorado with his wife, Terri and three kids.
