William J. Kelly, host of the "Citizen Kelly Show" on WCGO-AM/Chicago from 10-12am daily, will be staying on the Evanston-based network for at least one more year. "At AM 1590 WCGO, we're making Chicago radio great again," Kelly said. "And there's more work to do." Kelly is marking his third year at the station in an unusual way. He recently announced that's he would throw his hat into the Chicago Mayor's race.
Kelly, a native of Chicago's South Side, began his career as a promotions coordinator at WLUP-FM, which signed off after 40 years of Classic Rock earlier this year. He's the founder of RevDigital, a TV and new media production company based in Chicago. Kelly is also a frequent contributor to the Daily Caller, Newsmax and the Washington Times.
