Entercom and the Washington Redskins sign a new broadcast partnership. As part of the agreement, the company's DC stations will provide coverage of the team across all of their platforms. Spanish broadcasts of all Washington Redskins football games will be heard on WJFK-AM (El Zol Deportes) in Washington, DC, as well as the station's website, elzoldeportes.com. In addition to Spanish language game broadcasts, WJFK-FM (106.7 The Fan), WIAD-FM (94.7 Fresh FM), WLZL-FM (El Zol 107.9) and WPGC-FM will provide ancillary coverage of the team.

106.7 The Fan and El Zol Deportes air personality Juan Romero and Telemundo's Moises Linares will provide play-by-play and game analysis for all broadcasts. All primetime games will also air in Spanish on El Zol 107.9.

106.7 The Fan will rebrand its current "Football Fridays" as "Redskins Football Fridays," which includes a full day of Redskins analysis and special guests. WPGC will welcome Redskins players as part of its afternoon show, "The Home Team with DJ Flexx," which airs weekdays from 3-7pm ET. Host Rey Parker will provide game previews on El Zol 107.9 and El Zol Deportes on Fridays at 7:40am ET. 94.7 Fresh FM will feature Redskins community initiatives and special events in their programming.

Also, as part of the deal, 106.7 The Fan and WPGC will become the official pregame tailgate partners. WPGC DJ Romeo and DJ Redz will spin hip-hop hits from the WPGC Red Zone Tailgate and DJ Jealousy has been named the official DJ of FedExField. Air personalities from 106.7 The Fan's morning show "The Sports Junkies" will broadcast live on-air segments while interacting with fans as part of "The Sports Junkies Pregame Show."

"We're excited to partner with the Washington Redskins and bring Spanish language coverage of the team to fans in the community," said Senior VP/Market Manager Phil Zachary. "As the unrivaled leader in sports radio, we remain committed to expanding our sports content and reaching an even broader audience."

"The Hispanic population in the greater D.C. area is continually growing, and we want to ensure the Redskins are serving our Spanish speaking fans," said Washington Redskins President of Business Operations and COO Brian Lafemina. "Our partnership with Entercom will not only allow for us to engage a new demographic of fans, but also build relationships with listeners of Entercom D.C. stations."
