Jacobs Media is adding a second tour to its previously announced custom tours for broadcasters at the 2024 Consumer Electronics Show. Since the firm made its initial announcement, the response has been very strong. So far, Jacobs has confirmations from enthusiastic broadcasters from across the spectrum -- large and small market commercial managers, as well as execs from public and Christian radio.

The company's focus this year at CES 2025 will be different than in past years. Given the explosion of AI, they are going to explore the various applications all types of companies are innovating, with an obvious focus on its implications and effect on broadcasting.

These custom-crafted CES tours provide a curated experience for radio broadcasters, allowing attendees to engage with media and technologies that are impacting radio broadcasters today, as well as in the future. Tour guests get access to the exhibits with the ability to "jump the lines" and talk directly with leaders from companies like Google, Amazon Alexa, the biggest automakers and cutting-edge technology utilizing AI and other innovations.

Jacobs Media's President Fred Jacobs remarked, "Each year at CES we see amazing new technology that will impact broadcasters today and in the future. This year's mind-blowing innovation is Sphere, where media meets technology. We are excited to announce our tour guests will be among the first to experience a presentation of 'Postcard From Earth' and enjoy a totally new entertainment platform."

Jacobs Media's VP/GM Paul Jacobs added, "CES is one of the only ways to experience the trends and concepts that impact all of us, personally and professionally. We first visited CES in 2009, and in 2017, we began offering broadcasters that chance to participate in these curated tours. This is an inspiring way to kick off the new year, and we are excited to see what's next."

CES 2024 runs from Tuesday, January 9 through Friday, January 12. Each tour has a maximum capacity of 15 attendees to guarantee a personalized, rewarding experience, so access is limited.

The rate for the complete package for 2024 is $2,050 for Jacobs Media and jacapps clients and past attendees, and $2,200 for everyone else. This fee does not include airfare or hotel. The firm expect prices for airfare and hotels will be higher this year, so if you are planning on attending, book soon.
