David Yadgaroff will retire as Senior Vice President and Market Manager of Audacy Philadelphia, concluding a 36-year career with the company, according to an internal note from Audacy Regional President Mark Hannon.
Yadgaroff, who began his career in programming and promotions, has led the Philadelphia cluster while building a reputation for mentorship, operational leadership and community involvement. His tenure included active participation in organizations such as Beyond Celiac, Penn State, the Police Athletic League, the Philadelphia Ad Club, the Pennsylvania Association of Broadcasters and the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia's Corporate Council.
In a statement, Yadgaroff reflected on his career, calling it "a great privilege" to lead the stations and work alongside his team. He added that after decades in radio, he plans to step away to spend more time with family and explore new opportunities.
During his career, Yadgaroff earned multiple industry honors, including recognition as a Radio Wayne Manager of the Year finalist and a Marconi Radio Awards Manager of the Year finalist. In late 2025, he was inducted into the Broadcast Pioneers of Philadelphia Hall of Fame.
Hannon described Yadgaroff's career as leaving a "lasting legacy of mentorship, community enrichment, and operational excellence," noting the impact of his leadership across both the Philadelphia market and the broader organization.
Yadgaroff will remain with Audacy through the end of May to assist with the transition of leadership and ongoing market operations.
