Larkin Named President & CEO of RCS Worldwide

RCS Worldwide has appointed Susan Larkin as President and CEO, positioning the company to expand its role in audio creation tools, media intelligence, music analytics and television operations technology. Larkin most recently served as COO at Audacy. She previously held senior leadership roles at Cox Media Group, including Regional Vice President, where she led national radio sales teams.

Her industry involvement includes serving as a past Chair of the Radio Advertising Bureau (RAB). Larkin has also received several honors, including the 2025 BFOA Leadership Award and the 2024 Alliance for Women in Media Leadership Award.

In her new role, Larkin will focus on advancing RCS Worldwide's product development, with an emphasis on shared measurement and cloud-based systems designed to help clients operate more efficiently.

Mark Gray, CEO of Katz Media Group, said Larkin's experience leading complex organizations and her understanding of the evolving media landscape will support the company's continued growth.

Larkin said RCS Worldwide's position at the intersection of content creation, analytics and operations presents an opportunity to deliver tools that support better decision-making and business outcomes for clients.
