Bobby Bones to Host 2026 Radio Hall of Fame Ceremony

The Museum of Broadcast Communications has named Bobby Bones as Master of Ceremonies for the 2026 Radio Hall of Fame induction ceremony, set for October 8 in Chicago. Bones, who was inducted into the Radio Hall of Fame in 2017, will host the 38th annual ceremony at the Fairmont Chicago, Millennium Park. The event will honor the Radio Hall of Fame's 2026 class of inductees.

Bones hosts the nationally syndicated "The Bobby Bones Show" for iHeartMedia and "Bobby Bones Presents: The Bobbycast" on Netflix. His radio career began while he was in college, with stops in pop, hip-hop and sports radio before he eventually moved into the Country format.

"The Bobby Bones Night Show" launched in Little Rock in 2002 before Bones moved to Austin in 2003, where the program became a top-rated morning show. Originally syndicated in the CHR format, the show transitioned to Country in 2013. A year later, Bones received the Academy of Country Music Award for National On-Air Personality of the Year.

Now based in Nashville, "The Bobby Bones Show" has grown into one of Country radio's most prominent nationally syndicated morning programs. Outside radio, Bones has worked as a stand-up comedian, author, recording artist, television personality and philanthropist.

"Bobby Bones is one of radio's most dynamic personalities, and we're thrilled to have both his love of radio and passion for our industry on full display as this year's Master of Ceremonies for the Radio Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony," said Radio Hall of Fame Co-Chair Dennis Green.

Co-Chair Kraig T. Kitchin added, "Bobby Bones brings a level of excitement and enthusiasm for radio wherever he goes and whenever he speaks. I'm thrilled he's agreed to bring his energy to this year's Induction Ceremony and Celebration."

Tickets for the October 8 ceremony are now on sale through the Radio Hall of Fame.
