Watcher Agrees to Acquire KTRN-FM/Pine Bluff AR


William Watcher has agreed to purchase AC KTRN-FM (104.5/3kw) licensed to White Hall, AR, and serving the Pine Bluff market, from Bayou Broadcasting for $162,500. Bayou Broadcasting is headed by Kelly Ramsey and has no other broadcast interests. The buyer has other radio interests in Kansas and Arkansas. Bill Whitley of Media Services Group's Dallas office represented the seller for the transaction.
