CBS's KRLD-FM/Dallas Inks Multi-Year Cowboys Deal

CBS Radio's Sports KRLD-FM/Dallas inks a multi-year deal for the broadcast rights to the Dallas Cowboys. Coverage will include play-by-play of each of the NFL team's games, as well as a twice weekly segment with Cowboys Owner/GM and President Jerry Jones featuring regular appearances from head coach Wade Phillips.

CBS Radio President/CEO Dan Mason commented, "The Cowboys have achieved extraordinary accomplishments at every level. We look forward to honoring their tradition of success in presenting a one of a kind experience for local fans and the many millions across the country."

Jones added, "With a new stadium comes a new flagship, and that will bring Cowboys coverage that is both innovative and powerful."

Also included in the new partnership is a HD Radio multicast channel dedicated to the Dallas Cowboys year round. The Cowboys previously aired on Cumulus' Sports KTCK-AM and Classic Rock KDBN-FM.
