Chapin Enterprises has agreed to sell AC KRKR-FM (95.1 The Breeze)/Lincoln, NE, to Mission Nebraska for $1 million. The station, currently dark, will return in August as Christian Contemporary "My Bridge Radio." The deal is expected to close by August 28, while the new CC format will begin on August 3 under a LMA.
Mission Nebraska co-director Stan Parker said that "My Bridge Radio" offers both music and Christian talk radio, what he calls "music with a message."
Chapin shut down The Breeze on May 21 for financial reasons.
