Nate Lundy to Program LFM's KKFN (The Fan)/Denver

Lincoln Financial Media names Talk radio veteran Nate Lundy as the new PD of Sports KKFN-FM (The Fan)/Denver. He replaces Tim Spence, who will now focus on his duties as PD of KEPN-AM (ESPN Radio 1600). Lundy comes to KKFN-FM from EA Sports and previously programmed WOAI-AM and KTKR-AM/San Antonio, WREC-AM and KWAM-AM/Memphis and WSCC-AM/Charleston, SC.

"Nate is the final piece we need for KKFN to become a major sports force and consistent ratings leader in Denver, the best sports city in America," LFM/Denver Senior VP/General Manager Bob Call. "His strong programming background combined with a love of sports and outstanding business sense is a perfect complement to the Fan and our cluster of stations."

"The opportunity to program great sports radio in a city like Denver is like a dream come true for me. Well, at least the dreams that don't involve Alyssa Milano," said Lundy. "Passionate sports fans combined with a company that has a passion for great radio is absolutely perfect. We'll just have to see if Alyssa would like her own show.

Lundy begins his new position later this month. He will continue to serve as an occasional weekend host on Fox Sports Radio.
