Talk WGN-AM/Chicago is adding a new program focusing on sports and the day's big stories, airing weekdays 7-10pm beginning December 23. The show's feature includes WGN sports veteran David Kaplan, rotating co-hosts, news anchor Andrea Darlas and many guests. The co-host roster will include some major names from the Chicago media and sports world.
Cubs TV play-by-play broadcaster Len Kasper, former Chicago Bears wide receiver Glen Kozlowski, WGN host Brian Noonan, Chicago Tribune sportswriters David Haugh, Teddy Greenstein and Phil Rogers, Big Ten Network personality Tim Doyle and WGN Sports Director Dave Eanet.
"This program will be entertaining and different from shows on other stations in that it will include a wide variety of topics, and not be limited solely to sports discussion," said WGN VP/GM Tom Langmyer. "The ensemble cast, featuring names our listeners know and trust, along with some new voices, will host the biggest personalities in Chicago and beyond. The show will also fit well alongside our renowned partnerships with the Chicago Cubs, Chicago Blackhawks, and the Northwestern University Wildcats."
