Kevin Metheny Named Interim PD of ''BUZ'N@102.9''

CBS Radio/Minneapolis is bringing in veteran programmer Kevin Metheny as interim Program Director of WLTE-FM, when the station drops Soft AC in favor of Country as "BUZ'N@102.9" on December 26. Most recently, Metheny was PD of WGN-AM/Chicago before exiting in November. Metheny previously served as VP/Programming for Clear Channel/Cleveland for ten years.
Before joining CC/Cleveland in 1998 as OM of Sports WTAM-AM, Metheny eventually added OM duties at WMJI-FM and WTAM-AM and Executive Director stripes with the Cleveland Browns Radio Network. He's also served as OM and Director/Jacksonville, FL, Programming Operations for Jacor.
