USRN Dedicates The Classics Episodes to the Beatles

United Stations Radio Networks (USRN) has announced that it will be airing four hours of commemorative programming in honor of the 50th anniversary of the arrival of The Beatles in the U.S. The special Beatles programming will be available via USRN's weekly Classic Rock program "The Classics" across two weekends as two, two-hour episodes of the long running series.

The two episodes of "The Classics" will air the weekends of February 1-2 and February 8-9, but USRN is also making the entire four-hours available to be broadcast on the actual Beatles' anniversary weekend of February 7-8-9. The announcement of these special episodes of programming came from USRN's Executive VP/Programming, Andy Denemark.

"The Classics" is two-hours of thematically programmed Classic Rock hosted by WDRV/Chicago morning host Steve Downes (pictured), a 30-year veteran air personality.
