Zelus Esports has closed on its acquistion of 41kW KKFR-FM (98.3), 42kW KMVA-FM (97.5), 41kW KOAI-FM (95.1) and 100kW KZON-FM (103.9) in Phoenix, AZ, from Desert Valley Media Group Desert Valley Media Group. Zelus Esports is a Texas-based company headed by Michael Cutchall and has no other broadcast interests. Desert Valley Media Group is a Arizona-based company headed by Jeff Trumper and also has no other broadcast interests.

Kalil & Co., Inc. was the exclusive broker for the transaction.
