WMOS (102.3 The Wolf) in New London, CT, and WWKX (106.3 The Wolf) in Providence, RI, add veteran Rhode Island personalities Will Gilbert and Heather Gersten to the Classic Rock outlets' weekday programming lineup. Gilbert joins as afternoon host, weekdays from 3-7pm while Gersten signs on to for middays from 10am-3pm. Gilbert and Gersten join morning host Mike English, who is heard weekday mornings from 6-10am.

Gilbert was born in Rhode Island, where he has been a lifelong resident. He started in radio at the age of 16 at a small radio station and has worked in local media ever since, including at sister WPRO (92 PRO-FM). He'll continue as host of WPRI-TV's lifestyle program "The Rhode Show" weekdays at 9am.

Gersten (Perry) has been on the air since 1988, having spent time at stations in New York, Boston and Providence. She has hosted mornings for 21 years on on sister Lite 105, where she also acts as Assistant Program Director and Imaging Director. She often interviews major celebrities for Cumulus Media, and has notably interviewed Rock royalty Billy Joel, Lenny Kravitz, and Steve Perry.

102.3 The Wolf and 106.3 The Wolf Program Director Doug MacGunnigle said, "We're beyond thrilled to add Will and Heather to our lineup on The Wolf. They are friendly and familiar voices to listeners in Southern New England. Their decades of experience in the media and cultural landscape and their knowledge of all things Southern New England will be a huge asset to The Wolf."

Gilbert added, "I am incredibly grateful to have been asked to join 102.3 The Wolf and 106.3 The Wolf. I am excited for this new on-air adventure each afternoon in Rhode Island and Connecticut, while still being on TV daily on 'The Rhode Show.' Thank you to Holly Paras, Doug MacGunnigle, and Mary Ellen Kachinske at Cumulus Media and to Pat Wholey at WPRI for making this opportunity a reality."

Gersten said, "I'm so thrilled to have true Classic Rock here in Southern New England and I can't wait to share my love of the format with listeners in Providence and New London. Thanks to Cumulus Media for giving me the chance to truly rock."
