Meredith is expanding her duties at Beasley Media Group Tampa, adding afternoon drive on Country WQYK (99.5 QYK) to her existing roles in the market.

Andrade is a longtime co-host of "Orlando & The Freakshow" on CHR WRDW (Wild 94.1) and also handles middays on Classic Hits WRBQ. She will now add weekday afternoons on WQYK, marking her entry into Country radio.

Beasley Tampa Operations Manager Will Calder confirmed the move in a staff memo, citing Andrade's humor, personality and familiarity with Tampa Bay listeners.

"We already know the humor, honesty, and personality Meredith brings to a conversation," Calder said. "Whether she's keeping Orlando & The Freakshow on their toes, talking pop culture on Headlines & High Heels, or finding another Tampa Bay food spot to tell you about, she always has something to share... and a point of view that's her own. Now, QYK listeners will get to know that side of her, too."

Calder said that while Country represents a new chapter for Meredith, she is looking forward to connecting with the format's audience and learning more about the music and its stories.

Meredith is a longtime Tampa Bay radio personality. Before joining Wild 94.1, she co-hosted the "MJ Morning Show" on WFLZ (93.3) from 2007-2012 and later had a brief stint in mornings at Sports 98.7 The Fan.
