DJ E-ROCK, Karim Wazani and Real 92.3/LA Launch Podcast

DJ E-ROCK, Karim Wazani and iHeartMedia Los Angeles' Real 92.3 have announced the launch of a new iHeartRadio Original Podcast, "The Zen Sneaker Show," available now on iHeartRadio and everywhere podcasts are heard. In addition, a 30-minute condensed broadcast radio version of "The Zen Sneaker Show" will air every Saturday morning from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. PST, on Real 92.3 Los Angeles and Real 103.9 Las Vegas and will feature special mixes from DJ E-Rock and other Real 92.3 on-air personalities.

"The Zen Sneaker Show" is described by its creators as "where lifestyle and culture meet the world" and will feature a series of conversations between some of the country's movers and shakers in the lifestyle, fashion and entertainment industries. Hosted by Real 92.3's DJ E-Rock and Zen's Karim Wazani, "The Zen Sneaker Show" will bridge the gap between these top industries with celebrity interviews, special guests and discussions of current events each week. Featured guests will include musicians, athletes and fashion influencers.

"We are excited to partner with iHeartMedia to share our love of sneaker, fashion and music cultures with audiences in Los Angeles and Las Vegas," said Wazani. "The show will focus on historical shoes and new releases and will feature interviews with some of the biggest names in music, sports and design to provide exclusive insights never-before-heard on the radio and access to some of the most exclusive product in sneaker history."

"To do a show like this and showcase two passions I've grown up to adore, both sneakers and music, is a blessing," said DJ E-Rock. "To also do this side by side with Karim who I have learned so much about sneaker culture through and to partner with Zen and iHeartMedia is a dream come true. I'm looking forward to breaking barriers through the plethora of insight and vibes that all parties involved will offer through The Zen Sneaker Show."

"We are excited to partner with Karim, E Rock and Zen to bring unmatched sneaker and lifestyle culture to Los Angeles and Las Vegas radio," said Doc Wynter, President of Hip Hop and R&B Programming Strategy for iHeartMedia and Program Director for REAL 92.3. "‘The Zen Sneaker Show' will not only be a weekly podcast available on iHeartRadio, but also as a weekly two-hour mix show that features the best in Hip Hop music. From sneaker releases and exclusive merchandise to content and influencers, ‘The Zen Sneaker Show' will be the authority in all things REAL."
