SRN Announces Comprehensive Election Night Coverage Plans

Salem Radio Network (SRN) has unveiled its plans for coverage of the 2024 Presidential election, offering continuous and detailed updates beginning at 6pm ET on Tuesday, November 5. The coverage, which will span both radio and television, aims to provide a thorough look at the race for the Presidency and key Congressional contests.

Anchoring the coverage from Washington, DC on the East Coast will be SRN's Mike Gallagher, broadcasting live from The Heritage Foundation studios. On the West Coast, Larry Elder will provide updates from SRN's Los Angeles studio. SRN's coverage will feature live interviews with prominent newsmakers and live reporting on acceptance and concession speeches from the two main candidates: Democrat Kamala Harris and Republican Donald J. Trump.

Throughout the evening, SRN's team of correspondents will offer real-time updates. White House Correspondent Greg Clugston, U.S. Senate Correspondent Bob Agnew, and U.S. House Correspondent Bernie Bennett will deliver live reports on election developments across the country.

At 10pm ET, SRN will simulcast a live 7-hour Election Night broadcast from Salem News Channel (SNC). Anchors Ken Rosato and Jeff Vaughn will lead the program, with ongoing updates from SNC reporters Haley Bianco and Christian Aguayo on key House and Senate races. The programming will remain flexible, allowing for extended segments or interruptions to accommodate major speeches or breaking election news.

The election night coverage will transition into Wednesday morning, where SRN's Hugh Hewitt will begin his nationally syndicated show an hour earlier than usual, at 5am ET. Hewitt will analyze the results of major state and national races, with a focus on the outcome of the presidential contest.
