Zoellner's KRMG, Mix 96.5 Swap Frequencies in Tulsa

Zoellner Media Group has completed a frequency swap involving two of its Tulsa radio stations, moving News/Talk KRMG to 96.5 FM and Hot AC KRAV (Mix 96.5) to 102.3 FM. The changes took effect at 5am Monday, August 31. Programming, personalities and other content on both stations remain unchanged despite their new dial positions.

Zoellner Media Group said the realignment places each brand on a signal footprint that more closely matches the audience it serves while creating additional opportunities for advertisers throughout the Tulsa market and surrounding communities.

"This is a very positive move for our listeners and our advertising partners," said Zoellner Media Group President and General Manager Steve Hunter. "The new frequency positions give both stations an opportunity to reach more of the audiences they are built to serve, while also giving our advertisers increased reach and stronger opportunities to connect with consumers across the market."

Hunter said the move is intended to make the stations "better, more accessible and more valuable" to listeners and businesses.
