Lazer Broadcasting Closes of KCCL-FM in Sacramento

Lazer Broadcasting Company has closed on its previously announced acquisition of 5.7kW Classic Hits KCCL-FM (101.5)/Sacramento, licensed to Woodland, CA, from Results Radio. Results Radio is a California-based company headed by Jack Fritz. It also owns stations in Redding, Chico and Yuba City, CA. Lazer Broadcasting is a California-based company headed by Alfredo Plascencia. Lazer also owns stations in 18 markets in California and one in Nevada.

Plascencia said, "the goal is to continue to expand our coverage area to better serve the community of Sacramento."

Kalil & Co. was the exclusive broker for this transaction.
